We are seeking a Phone Automation Engineer to help transform marketing challenges into engineering solutions for sustainable, scalable growth of our apps and businesses. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in operating and automating phone farms for marketing activities across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. You will work closely with the team to select, purchase, and deploy the necessary hardware.

- Implement TikTok and Instagram automation workflows.
- Utilize residential proxies and networking tools for account management.
- Employ ffmpeg and related software for content processing.
- Collaborate in sourcing and configuring hardware solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in engineering automation, growth marketing, or similar fields.
- Proficiency in residential proxies, social media automation tools, and scripting.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, and related automation solutions.
- Knowledge of ffmpeg and media processing pipelines.
- Comfortable working collaboratively on hardware/software setup and optimization.
