About the Role:
Reporting directly into the Biddable Director, the Biddable Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of their team and accounts, including supporting the Biddable Director in all Paid Social planning and activation across their client remit. They will deliver best in class thinking and output for their clients and provide valuable insights and recommendations for their clients. The Biddable Manager will support the Biddable Director to set expectations across the team, defining brilliant BAU and work closely with media and technology providers to ensure best practices are adhered to and a continued strive towards excellence.
We’re looking for someone who has proven expertise in managing clients and teams within Paid Social with a focus on driving commercial results and ROI for clients. The role requires someone who can bring operational excellence and strategic thinking to the PHD Media Experience team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience nurturing, developing and managing highly motivated and efficient teams as well as demonstrable experience in managing well-informed, knowledgeable and highly driven clients.

The Ideal Candidate
The person we’re looking for will be a key figure in fostering interest and excitement for social opportunities within the agency. You’ll be able to develop relationships with key technology suppliers and engines to help improve overall service levels.
You will also make the most of the tools through regular audits and development plans and support the agency with hitting income targets by increasing client spend and pitching for new business.

Knowledge and experience required:
· Ability to induct clients into PHD re what we do in social advertising, digital planning and explain other departments
· Ability to understand clients’ business to drive conversations with senior clients and media owners/suppliers to deliver our commercial agenda
· Exhibit excellent presentation skills to clients
· Anticipate the needs of the team and makes arrangements accordingly
· Be proactive on accounts to ensure we are challenging clients and are ahead of the game in social
· Ability to influence clients through all verbal and written communication
· Experienced in planning and activating across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Reddit
· Support clients to ensure tracking is accurately set up for reporting and measurement
· Hands on experience in training, mentoring and helping with the development of junior team members
