Das erwartet Sie:

  • Verkauf eines pharmazeutischen Produktes bei Fachärzten
  • Überzeugende, kompetente Information und Beratung von niedergelassenen Urologen/Onkologen sowie Klinikärzten
  • Aufbau und Erweiterung von Netzwerken in der Zielgruppe
  • Durchführung von Zielgruppenanalysen sowie Entwicklung von Strategien und Aktionsplänen zur Kundengewinnung und Marktdurchdringung
  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung fachlicher Veranstaltungen
  • Budgetverwaltung
  • Gebietsmanagement inkl. des dazugehörigen Berichtswesens
  • Pflege der firmeneigenen Kundendaten
  • Erreichen der firmenspezifischen Ziele, quantitativ u. qualitativ
  • Erfüllung der administrativen Aufgaben 

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum geprüften Pharmareferenten gemäß AMG 1(§75 Abs. 1) oder ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Naturwissenschaften
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Außendienst
  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen im Bereich Onkologie/Urologie
  • Bestehende Kundennetzwerke sind von Vorteil
  • Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse im gesundheitspolitischen Umfeld
  • Gesundheitliche Eignung für den Außendienst
  • Affinität im Umgang mit elektronischen Medien
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Gültige Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B, Fahrtauglichkeit
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

We are looking for you to join us full-time as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Urology/Oncology (m/f/d) starting asap, for the region of Lüneburg, Rostock, Greifswald, Neustrelitz...

What You Can Expect:

  • Promotion and sales of a pharmaceutical product to specialist physicians
  • Persuasive, knowledgeable information and consultation for office-based urologists/oncologists as well as hospital physicians
  • Building and expanding networks within the target group
  • Conducting target group analyses and developing strategies and action plans to acquire new customers and increase market penetration
  • Planning, organizing, and conducting professional events
  • Budget management
  • Territory management including corresponding reporting
  • Maintenance of company-specific customer data
  • Achieving company-specific quantitative and qualitative goals
  • Completion of administrative tasks


What You Bring:

  • Certified pharmaceutical sales representative qualification according to the German Medicines Act (AMG §75 Para. 1) or a successfully completed degree in natural sciences
  • At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical field sales
  • Ideally, experience in the fields of oncology/urology
  • Existing customer networks are an advantage
  • Knowledge of the healthcare policy landscape
  • Medical fitness for fieldwork
  • Proficiency in using digital media
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Valid class B driver’s license and driving capability
  • Good command of written and spoken English
