Position Summary:
The Pharmacy Operations Support Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily operations at Conversio Health. This position ensures the smooth flow of fulfillment, sterile compounding preparation, and supply management by assisting across multiple operational areas. The role is highly hands-on and requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a flexible resource, this role supports sterile compounding, operations, and shipping teams based on daily needs to ensure workflow continuity and operational readiness.
Job Responsibilities
· Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing patient orders for shipment.
· Restock and organize compounding, micro lab and shipping supplies to maintain an efficient work area.
· Support daily shipping goals by collaborating with the fulfillment team to meet turnaround times.
· Assist with receiving and organizing incoming supplies as needed.
· Serve as a flexible resource between sterile compounding, operations, and shipping teams based on operational needs.
· Perform lot counting and documentation for sterile compounding batches.
· Assisting with weekly and monthly cleaning tasks as outlined in standard operating procedures (SOPs).
· Operate the autoclave and oven for sterilization of equipment, supplies, and materials following established procedures.
· Complete dish preparation for sterile compounding, ensuring all tools, containers, and components are cleaned, organized, and ready for use.
· Prepare and organize monthly supply sets, including tubing, sterile supplies, and other materials required for compounding workflows.
· Prepare compounding samples for required testing.
Requirements
Required Education, Training, and Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Prior experience in a pharmacy, laboratory, logistics, or shipping environment preferred but not required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
· Basic computer skills for tracking, documentation, and communication.
· Ability to work in environments that may require PPE.
