Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate pharmacy staff to maintain high performance and quality service delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, procurement, stock rotation, and expiry management to minimize losses and ensure product availability.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
• Prepare operational reports, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements
 
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or Pharm.D) from a recognized institution with a valid practicing license.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in pharmacy operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, inventory management, and quality assurance standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills Required
