Landmark Pharmacy in Kelowna, B.C. is seeking a full-time Pharmacist to join our team.
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and patient-focused pharmacist who is friendly, detail-oriented, and open to growing within an evolving pharmacy environment. Knowledge of Kroll and long-term care is an asset, but we are happy to train the right candidate, including new graduates.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-focused care and medication counseling
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Deliver clinical services including injections and medication reviews
- Support pharmacy operations including dispensing and workflow management
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations
- Contribute to a positive and professional team environment
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
- Injection Certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
- Experience with Kroll and/or long-term care is an asset

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no evenings or weekends)
