We are seeking an experienced and passionate Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Mathematics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics, a commitment to excellence in teaching, and the ability to inspire and mentor students for academic success. 1. Academic Responsibilities:
   

   • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons in alignment with the CBSE curriculum.
     
   • Design engaging lesson plans that incorporate real-world applications and foster a deep understanding of mathematical concepts.
     
   • Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
     

2. Classroom Management:
   

   • Maintain discipline and a conducive learning environment in the classroom.
     
   • Encourage active participation and maintain an inclusive classroom culture.
     

3. Student Development:
   

   • Identify individual student needs and provide additional support or enrichment as required.
     
   • Mentor students for academic competitions such as Olympiads, NTSE, and other mathematics-related contests.
     

4. Administrative Duties:
   

   • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
     
   • Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and school events.
     
   • Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary learning experiences.
     

5. Professional Development:
   

   • Stay updated with advancements in mathematics education and integrate innovative teaching practices.
     
   • Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching effectiveness.
     

• Postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field (e.g., M.Sc. Mathematics).
  
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) with specialization in Mathematics.
  
• Certification in teaching or relevant pedagogy training preferred.
  
• Prior experience (minimum 5 years) teaching mathematics at the senior secondary level (grades 11 and 12).
  

1. Subject Knowledge:
   

   • In-depth understanding of the CBSE curriculum and syllabus for senior secondary mathematics.
     
   • Proficiency in teaching topics like calculus, algebra, trigonometry, probability, statistics, and geometry.
     

2. Teaching and Communication Skills:
   

   • Strong ability to explain complex mathematical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
     
   • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
     

3. Technical Skills:
   

   • Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools like smartboards, online learning platforms, and presentation software.
     
   • Familiarity with tools like GeoGebra, MATLAB, or Excel for mathematical modeling and visualization is a plus.
     

4. Interpersonal Skills:
   

   • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards teaching and mentoring.
     
   • Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
     

5. Organizational Skills:
   

   • Strong classroom management and multitasking abilities.
     
   • Effective time management to balance teaching, assessments, and extracurricular responsibilities.
