We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) for Hindi to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will inspire and educate students in Hindi literature and language as per the CBSE curriculum while fostering an engaging and interactive learning environment.

1. Curriculum Delivery:
   

   • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in Hindi as per the CBSE syllabus.
     
   • Develop a comprehensive and structured teaching plan that covers all aspects of Hindi grammar, literature, and composition.
     
   • Integrate modern teaching methods, including digital tools, to make lessons engaging.
     

2. Assessment and Evaluation:
   

   • Design and conduct formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress.
     
   • Provide timely feedback on assignments, tests, and activities to students and parents.
     

3. Classroom Management:
   

   • Foster a disciplined and interactive classroom environment conducive to learning.
     
   • Address the diverse learning needs of students and maintain a focus on inclusivity.
     

4. Student Support and Guidance:
   

   • Motivate students to develop a love for Hindi language and literature.
     
   • Offer remedial sessions or additional support to students who need extra help.
     

5. Professional Development:
   

   • Participate in teacher training programs, workshops, and seminars to stay updated with teaching methodologies and CBSE guidelines.

• Master’s Degree in Hindi from a recognized university.
  
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  
• Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE school.
  
• Proficiency in Hindi and English (verbal and written).
