A CBSE PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) Entrepreneurship teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality education in entrepreneurship to senior secondary students (Classes XI and XII). 1. Curriculum Delivery:
   

   • Teach entrepreneurship concepts as per CBSE syllabus, including innovation, business planning, marketing strategies, financial management, and legal aspects of business.
     
   • Design lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to align with CBSE learning outcomes.
     

2. Student Engagement:
   

   • Use interactive and practical teaching methods to encourage entrepreneurial thinking, such as case studies, simulations, and project-based learning.
     
   • Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills in students.
     

3. Project Guidance:
   

   • Mentor students in business plan creation and execution for academic projects.
     
   • Provide guidance for participation in business competitions, fairs, and other entrepreneurial events.
     

4. Assessment and Feedback:
   

   • Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practical projects.
     
   • Provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.
     

5. Administrative Duties:
   

   • Maintain records of student attendance, academic progress, and extracurricular involvement.
     
   • Collaborate with school administration for parent-teacher meetings and other academic activities.
     

6. Professional Development:
   

   • Stay updated with the latest trends in entrepreneurship and education.
     
   • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and CBSE-specific professional development programs.
     

7. Promote Entrepreneurship Culture:
   

   • Organize seminars, guest lectures, and workshops on entrepreneurship.
     
   • Encourage students to explore startup opportunities and innovative ideas.
     

1. Educational Qualification:
   

   • Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with a minimum of 50% marks.
     
   • B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) from a recognized institution.

   • Qualified CTET or TET as required by CBSE norms.

• 2–5 years of teaching experience in CBSE schools or similar institutions, especially at the senior secondary level.
