Internship Description: Audit, clean, and centralize Kamioun's operational data systems currently scattered across Google Sheets, database connections, and multiple touchpoints. Rebuild broken workflows for returns, order confirmations, claims management, and sales agent reporting into a unified, automated data infrastructure.
What will you do:
Map and audit existing data flows: Document all current Google Sheets, database connections, and data sources used for CRM and operational processes (orders, returns, claims, confirmations)
Clean and standardize data: Identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and data quality issues across systems; implement cleaning protocols
Design centralized data architecture: Build specifications for consolidated data warehouse or centralized system replacing fragmented sheets
Rebuild broken processes: Fix and automate workflows for returns processing, order confirmations, and claims management
Develop automated reporting: Create daily/weekly reports for sales agents replacing manual sheet manipulation
Implement data validation and governance: Establish rules to prevent future data degradation and ensure data consistency
Technical skills: Proficient in SQL and Python, advanced Google Sheets/Apps Script capabilities, experience with ETL processes, familiarity with data modeling and warehouse concepts, data visualization tools.
Soft skills: Systematic thinker, strong documentation skills, process-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity in legacy systems, ability to work autonomously.
