The Distribution Centre is the beating heart of Aspinal, ensuring that our exquisite products reach our customers and stores in perfect condition and on time. As a Personalisation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering a truly bespoke experience, adding that extra touch of luxury to each piece.
Our warehouse is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where quality, accuracy, and efficiency are paramount. We are a team of dedicated individuals who thrive on the challenge of exceeding expectations in a rapidly growing business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafting perfection — setting up and preparing hot foil embossing, digital embroidery and engraving, with precision and care.
- Personalising products to the highest standards, ensuring every detail reflects Aspinal’s reputation for excellence.
- Quality checking to guarantee that every product meets our exacting standards.
- Collaborating across departments to resolve personalisation challenges and advise on new product personalisation possibilities.
- Driving innovation — developing new, efficient, and cost-effective ways to enhance the personalisation process and keep the department ahead of the curve.
- Managing orders with accuracy and efficiency, reporting any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Supporting other warehouse departments as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
- Upholding all Health, Safety, and Security guidelines at all times.
- Representing the Aspinal of London brand with pride and professionalism.
