What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects while expanding your personal lines book of business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
  • Deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet diverse client needs
  • Utilize strong communication, networking, and problem-solving skills to address client concerns
  • Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and best practices through continuous learning
  • Leverage technology and tools to enhance service delivery and efficiency
  • Provide a best-in-class client experience through proactive outreach and ongoing engagement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience
  • Personal Lines insurance experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Applied Systems EPIC (preferred)
