We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Personal Assistant based in our Melbourne office. You will be responsible for providing high standard support to four Partners of the firm.

What you will do
- Partners daily diary and email management.
- Use of Outlook Management and CRM to update contacts, make calendar appointments, send meeting requests, archive emails, track business development and marketing initiatives.
- Extensive assistance in business development initiatives on behalf of Partners.
- High-level technical support e.g. typing and formatting reports, presentations, emails, memos, letters file notes, agendas and minutes.
- High-level Domestic and international travel co-ordination.
- Use of SAP to raise bills, enter invoices, following up debtors, run reports, complete monthly AMEX expenses, and complete weekly timesheets.
- Coordinate events, meetings, catering, and conference calls.
- Provide back up support to Office Administration Manager, Admin team and Receptionist as required.
Who you are
- Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Experience in SAP or other accounting-based software is desired but not a requirement.
- Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook and an understanding of Sharepoint would be highly desirable.
- Confident, “can do” and pro-active attitude.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to deal with sensitive matters confidentially, tactfully, and diplomatically.
- Excellent attention to detail and an eye for formatting.
- Highly organised individual with the ability to prioritise.
