We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) to support a Senior Partner specializing in Competition / Antitrust Law. This role requires a candidate having experience in the legal industry. The PA will act as a key coordination point between the Partner, clients, regulators, internal teams, and external counsel.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Executive & Calendar Management
Manage the Partner’s calendar, including court matters, client meetings, internal reviews, and regulatory hearings
Schedule and coordinate meetings across time zones with clients, law firms, and authorities
Ensure the Partner is fully prepared for all meetings, hearings, and conferences
2. Communication Management
Review, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the Partner when required
Draft professional correspondence with clients, regulators, and law firms
Handle confidential and sensitive legal information with utmost discretion.
3. Meeting & Case Coordination
Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and background documents
Take detailed minutes during legal strategy meetings and client discussions.
Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely action on Partner instructions.
4. Travel & Logistics
Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries
Coordinate logistics for conferences, hearings, and client visits
5. Records & Information Management
Maintain digital and physical filing systems for legal matters
Organize contracts, case papers, research notes, and regulatory documents
Ensure quick retrieval of documents for urgent matters
Requirements
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant from a legal industry, government body or consulting background is preferred

Technical Skills
