We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive, strategic-level support to senior leaders within our VP and Director community. This is a pivotal role that goes beyond traditional administrative support — you will be a trusted partner and operational backbone, enabling our leaders to focus on high-impact decisions and business outcomes.

What you will do:
- Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, supporting both administrative and selected strategic activities
- Own and manage highly complex, fast-changing calendars
- Prioritize meetings based on business impact and strategic relevance
- Ensure seamless continuity of executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and stakeholder communication
- Maintain close alignment with the supported Executive Assistant to ensure smooth handovers and transparency
- Manage complex international travel arrangements
What we are looking for:
- Experience in supporting senior leadership in an international work environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaborative platforms like SharePoint.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to prioritize a heavy workload independently and accurately while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with a dedication to enhancing team satisfaction and process improvement.
- Educational background in Business Administration, Project Management, or Event Management via an Apprenticeship or Bachelor’s degree.
