About Us

We are seeking a smart, capable, and highly organized Personal Assistant to work directly with the Principal, supporting his business interests, investments, rental properties, and day-to-day administrative priorities.

Our household is already supported by a dedicated House Manager, instead, we are looking for someone who can become a trusted extension of the Principal - creating organization, follow-through, and greater efficiency across his professional and property-related priorities.

We value professionalism, initiative, curiosity, discretion, and clear communication. For the right person, this is a meaningful opportunity to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility over time.

Who You Are

You are bright, motivated, highly organized, and eager to build meaningful professional experience. You enjoy variety, can move easily between priorities, and are comfortable taking ownership while keeping someone informed along the way.

You may be early in your career or building toward a career in business, finance, real estate, or operations and looking for meaningful hands-on experience working directly alongside a Principal.

This role offers exposure to business operations, investments, rental properties, research, project coordination, and executive-level administrative support. We are excited to mentor someone who is curious, asks thoughtful questions, and wants to understand how these interests operate behind the scenes.

You don't need to know everything on day one. More important is that you are resourceful, professional, trustworthy, tech-savvy, and motivated to learn. For the right person, we see this as much more than a traditional Personal Assistant position.
