We are currently seeking an In Person and Events Specialist who excels at delivering results and creating luxury experiences. This role is responsible for driving and executing retail sales across all events, including In Store, Retail Events, Archive Sales, and Corporate Gifting programs, in alignment with annual revenue objectives.



The  Specialist supports and executes operations at every stage of event production and activation. This individual has strong attention to detail, is flexible and able to pivot as needed, thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoys travel.



The Events Specialist upholds KREWE’s Core Values and Code of Conduct at all times, including during work-related travel. The role requires minimum 60% travel


This role is based in our New Orleans Headquarters 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and drive sales across all events, including In Store,  Retail Events, Archive Sales, and Corporate Gifting programs
  • Support all phases of event execution, including sales, planning, operations, travel, client servicing, and administrative processes
  • Achieve and exceed budgeted sales, profitability targets  and KPI’s across all event channels
  • Train, supervise, and collaborate with event staff to support event planning, merchandising, and execution
  • Serve as a KREWE Brand Ambassador, building and maintaining a strong external pipeline of clients and partners
  • Maintain visibility into all aspects of event operations while identifying opportunities to improve processes
  • Assist in developing creative and innovative event concepts and activations
  • Build long-term, value-driven customer relationships that support sustained sales growth
  • Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards at all times

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and a keen interest in eyewear
  • 2+ years experience in successfully delivering sales results and supporting events
  • Born leader with a strong work ethic
  • Keen understanding of all aspects of event operations
  • Thrives in a goal-oriented working environment
  • Flexible and Can Pivot without 
  • Proven history of exceeding expectations time and again
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • A knack for conversation and always presenting products in their best light
  • Passion for providing a unique customer experience
  • Able to handle high pressure situations and be able to problem solve on the go
  • Ability to remain flexible throughout a collaborative retail experience
  • Someone who shares our inquisitive nature, affinity for fashion and design, self-motivated, and good-work-requires-having-fun mentality
  • Proficient in excel, POS software and sales reporting platforms
  • Must be able to physically lift 50lbs and activate events
  • Minimum 50% travel and weekends
