Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of permitting processes and regulatory compliance? Our company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Permitting Administrator to support our growing operations. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are obtained efficiently and accurately, keeping our projects on track and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

The Permitting Administrator oversees the permitting process for various projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and efficient project execution. This role involves supervising the permitting team, coordinating with the Sales Team to determine permitting requirements, preparing applications, and maintaining communication with building departments. The Permitting Administrator plays a critical role in facilitating the timely approval of permits and ensuring that all necessary inspections and requirements are met for project initiation and completion.

Requirements

  • Experience in permitting, construction management, or regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of local permitting regulations and processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact  with internal teams and external building departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • FEMA experience is a plus.
