Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for a Permits Assistant to join us in Limassol.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Assist in permitting procedures for all development projects.
- Ensure compliance with planning authorities’ regulations.
- Oversee preparation and submission of permit applications and any infrastructural applications (e.g. EAC, water supply, SALA and telecommunications).
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
- Track progress and identify risks or delays.
Requirements for the position:
- 3+ years of experience ideally within the real estate or development sector in permitting or regulatory affairs in Cyprus
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Outlook, MS Project. Knowledge of Procore, AutoCAD will be considered as an advantage.
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Proven ability to work effectively with government bodies will be considered as advantage
- Knowledge of Cypriot zoning laws, planning regulations and building codes will be considered as advantage
- Bachelor degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Management will be considered an advantage.
