- More than 10 yrs of experience in Performance testing
- 5+ yrs of experience as Performance test lead
- Expertise in devising Performance test strategy and Test Plan
- Expertise and good hands on in using HP Load Runner and Performance Center
- Must have a good expertise and hands on in devising work load models and implementing them (Very Important)
- Expertise in creating and running Load Runner scripts including the ability to correlate and parameterize scripts.
- Expertise in using performance testing monitoring tools and consolidating the results.
- Good knowledge in Unix/Windows
- Good knowledge in Linux, Weblogic Application Server, Oracle and other RDBMS
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with globally spread team.
- Capable enough to guide a team and handle the clients as required.
Role: Performance Tester
- 8 yrs of experience in Performance testing.
- Expertise and good hands on in using HP Load Runner and Performance Center
- Expertise in devising Performance test strategy and Test Plan
