We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer with hands-on experience in performance testing using tools such as JMeter, Postman, or other open-source performance testing tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting performance tests to identify bottlenecks, assess system responsiveness, and ensure application stability under varying load conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform performance testing to identify system bottlenecks, assess responsiveness, and ensure application stability under different loads.
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases, scripts, and test plans based on project requirements.
- Identify and report defects, issues, and risks clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with the development team to reproduce, troubleshoot, and verify fixes for identified issues.
- Document test results, track defects, and maintain accurate testing records.
- Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web and performance testing.
Key Skills:
- Performance Testing: Expertise in conducting performance, load, and stress testing for applications.
- Defect Tracking & Reporting: Ability to identify, document, and report defects/issues clearly and effectively.
- Test Case/Script Development: Proficiency in developing detailed test cases, scripts, and plans based on project needs.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance results, troubleshoot, and provide insights for improvement.

Tools & Technologies:

- Test Management: Experience with test case development and defect tracking tools.
