Job Description

Starcom is looking for an experienced Digital Performance Specialist. You will organize all daily operations through campaign creation, data extraction, budget management, ongoing optimizations, account monitoring, and assisting with strategic projects. This role will report to a Performance Team Lead.

You will:

  • Help execute PPC campaigns; account setup, uploading keywords, ad creatives and ad extensions, strategy and tactical development, and organization
  • Ensure campaigns follow best PPC practice guidelines
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to performance goals
  • Create raw data to produce performance reports and interpret them to provide actionable insights and analysis
  • Be responsible for budget pacing and management
  • Provide insights on campaign and industry trends

Qualifications

You have:

  • 1+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns
  • Strong ownership of Google Ads accounts and decision-making
  • Must have Google Ads / Google Search / Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager and Facebook Ads experience; 
  • Knowledge of Search Engines, Displays, Paid Social advertising platforms, and third-party tools
  • Good knowledge of Excel (can perform complex functions)
  • Excellent, proactive communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to work autonomously while simultaneously collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
  • Enormous amounts of curiosity and willingness to learn
