We are currently seeking a talented: Performance marketing specialist

Responsibilities:

• Own and oversee performance marketing initiatives to meet defined business objectives (Lead gen.) across assigned markets
• Plan, execute, optimize, and report on campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads, covering paid social, paid search, and display networks
• Analyze data from reporting tools and advertising platforms to identify trends and develop testing hypotheses
• Use marketing automation platforms to manage and optimize campaign performance
• Keep up to date with industry trends and continuously learn and apply digital marketing best practice

We expect you have:

• Proven experience managing paid and organic acquisition channels, including paid social, paid search, and display networks (B2B experience is a strong advantage)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• High attention to detail with an efficient, results-oriented approach to work
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to balance project support responsibilities alongside ongoing performance marketing management
• Solid working knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Excel
• Proficiency with data analysis tools, with the ability to interpret and visualize data effectively
• Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce is strong plus

We offer:

Monthly salary ranges from 2760 EUR to 3450 EUR gross (the specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.).
