Performance Marketing Specialist

MAVAN is seeking a highly skilled Paid Performance Marketing Contractor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of driving ROI through targeted and effective advertising strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all paid media.
  • Utilize A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve ad performance and conversion rates.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in paid performance marketing, with ae strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
