At Ryz Labs, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join one of our clients' teams. Your goal will be to triple the number of new customers acquired through Google Search and Shopping within the next 30 days by aggressively optimizing existing campaigns and uncovering new opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct a full audit of our current Google Ads account (Search, Shopping, P-Max) to identify immediate opportunities for optimization.
- Execute a daily routine of keyword mining and expansion, focusing on moving phrase/broad match converters to exact match campaigns.
- Analyze and optimize our product feed for Google Shopping, ensuring our delivery times, pricing, and extensions are best-in-class to maximize conversion.
- Manage a significant daily budget to hit aggressive new customer acquisition targets while maintaining target ROAS.
- Provide a daily report on key metrics: new keywords added, impression share on top 50 keywords, CTR, CVR, and new orders generated.
Who You Are:
- An expert-level executor with a proven track record of scaling SEM spend profitably for e-commerce businesses.
- You live in Google Ads and Google Merchant Center; you know all the levers to pull.
- You are deeply analytical and data-driven. You speak in terms of impression share, CVR, and ROAS, not just "adjusting bids."
- You thrive on a daily task list and are obsessed with hitting daily targets.
- You don't need a strategist; you need a plan to execute flawlessly.
Key Metric for Success: Contribute an additional orders per day via Google Search & Shopping.
