About Us:
At Vyro.ai, we are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives, driving app growth and revenue through strategic campaign management and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention aligned with business goals.
- Campaign Management: Lead advertising efforts across platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) to maximize app installs and revenue.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
- User Journey Optimization: Enhance the user experience within the app to promote adoption of premium features and increase revenue.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, development, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Mentorship: Guide and develop junior marketing team members, fostering professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
- At Least 4yrs of proven track record in managing successful global digital marketing campaigns, specifically for app acquisition.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and marketing automation tools for performance tracking and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Firebase, Google AdMob, and Play Console for app performance optimization.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration.
