In this role, you will orchestrate innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns that maximize media efficiency and accelerate brand growth across diverse markets. You'll be at the forefront of shaping GM's media presence in Europe, driving engagement, and ensuring optimal performance through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Media Planning & Coordination : Develop, coordinate, and manage comprehensive media plans across European markets, ensuring alignment with GM's overarching marketing strategy and objectives.
- Media Efficiency : Lead the effort in securing media efficiency, optimizing spend, and maximizing performance across all digital channels.
- Agency Collaboration : Serve as the media agency point of contact, overseeing the execution of campaigns, challenging strategies with your own expertise, and ensuring they are seamlessly implemented for maximum performance.
- Global Alignment : Liaise with global team for best practices, processes and brand alignment.
- Campaign Management : End-to-end management of performance campaigns, including execution, monitoring, optimization, and reporting of campaign success metrics.
- Budget Management : Oversee budget allocation and tracking to ensure the most effective use of resources across all channels.
- Channel Performance Evaluation : Continuously evaluate and optimize channel performance to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
Requirements:
- 4-6 Years experience in a similar role
- Hands-on Experience : Proven experience in setting up and managing performance marketing campaigns on Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing), Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn), and/or Programmatic Display either in house or at an agency.
- Analytical Expertise : A solid understanding of campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization techniques to ensure efficient spend and high campaign performance.
- Budget Management : Demonstrated experience in managing substantial marketing budgets and delivering cost-effective results.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Ability to work with multiple teams, both local and global, to ensure alignment and the sharing of best practices.
- Innovative Mindset : A passion for embracing new trends, technologies, and marketing tactics to drive growth and efficiency.
- Start Up Mentality: Creative and open minded approach with a proactive mindset and a willingness to take on various tasks to drive impact.
