We are seeking an experienced PPC Marketing Analyst to drive paid search strategy and execution across Google and Bing.
Role Overview: As the PPC Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google and Bing. You will manage an external agency while maintaining a hands-on approach to strategy, execution, and continuous optimization. Your focus will be on driving high-quality traffic, maximizing ROI, and ensuring that campaigns are localized and aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
PPC Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement comprehensive PPC strategies for Google and Bing to drive user acquisition and subscription growth.
• Collaborate with brand managers and the performance marketing team to align PPC efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Agency Management:
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the external PPC agency, ensuring that campaigns are executed effectively and on schedule.
• Provide strategic guidance and ensure that the agency is aligned with Kape’s goals and KPIs.
Campaign Optimization:
• Continuously optimize PPC campaigns to achieve target CPA, maximize ROI, and improve overall performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
• Implement A/B testing, keyword research, and bid management to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Experimentation and Innovation:
• Lead experimentation efforts to test new ad formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging PPC technologies to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
Localization and Customization:
• Develop and execute localization strategies to ensure PPC campaigns are tailored to different markets and regions.
• Work closely with the localization team to adapt ad copy, keywords, and landing pages for specific languages and cultural nuances.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Utilize data analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on PPC campaign performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify trends and insights to inform future PPC strategies.
Hands-On Execution:
• Maintain a hands-on approach to campaign management, ensuring a deep understanding of PPC platforms and tools.
• Be prepared to directly manage and optimize campaigns as needed, ensuring the highest level of performance.
Requirements:
Experience:
• Proven track record in PPC marketing, with extensive experience managing campaigns on Google and Bing.
• Experience working with and managing PPC agencies, with a strong ability to provide strategic direction.
• Hands-on experience in PPC campaign management, optimization, and experimentation.
Skills:
• Deep understanding of PPC platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics, KPIs, and best practices.
• Ability to develop and execute data-driven PPC strategies.
Communication:
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
• Ability to present complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
