Job Description
- Take ownership of planning, executing, and optimising campaigns in GoogleAds / MicrosoftAds Search and YouTube
- Leverage YouTube as a complementary channel to grow your skillset and explore its potential to scale up search brand results, driving brand buildup as well as direct performance outcome
- Analyse complex sets of data using in-house tools to uncover growth opportunities and proactively push for scaling them in collaboration with your team
- Fully own the budget for your market's channels, ensuring maximum impact and business growth across Google Ads and YouTube.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing Automation, Marketing Controlling, Video Production, etc.) on campaign planning, advertising materials, reporting, automation, and optimisation
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and expanding Google Ads Search campaigns with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen interest in expanding your knowledge beyond Search towards YouTube Ads and its potential to complement and scale brand traffic
- Strong organisational skills, a tech-savvy mindset, and a detail-oriented approach. You work independently and have a can-do attitude.
- A solid understanding of tracking, measurement, and attribution models.
- Excellent command of Excel/Google Sheets. Knowledge of SQL and GoogleQuery are a plus
- Fluency in English and Spanish/Italian/German/French is required, any other additional European language would be a plus
