We are looking for a passionate new team member to join us as a Performance Marketing Manager - Apps (d/f/m).

About the team:

As a Digital Marketing team we empower our private and commercial customers to joyfully trade on Kleinanzeigen across web and app. We help our users along the customer lifecycle and journey through digital initiatives (Performance & App Marketing, Onsite, CRM) to find or to sell the item of choice - locally or with shipping options! 

This is a hybrid role, and our office is based in Berlin. You will report directly to the Performance Marketing Lead.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and manage successful App Marketing initiatives across multiple channels like Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok and disciplines with the objective to increase our KPIs (i.e. App Installs, In-App Conversions).

  • You are responsible for an efficient channel mix with the objective to increase feature adoption, that also includes the acquisition of additional channels.

  • Measure, report and analyze the efficiency of your App Marketing activities, understanding the core drivers and adjust accordingly.

  • Responsible for an efficient budget allocation. Think “full funnel” and improve your campaigns by considering different categories, user segments and user journeys, elaborating on best ways to incentivize them.

  • You are optimising our App Store presence and improving ASO KPIs 

  • Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and find the best way to convert traffic into conversions.

  • Analyze competitors, identify trends, insights and new opportunities in performance marketing to maximize growth opportunities.

  • Close collaboration with external partner & agencies, including relationships management

What you’ll bring:

  • You have 4+ years of practical experience in App Marketing

  • You have a BA/BS degree or relevant professional experience 

  • Re-Commerce is your passion - You have a strong strategic thinking and operational knowledge of E-Commerce processes and an eye for new trends in the digital marketing world

  • You are experienced in working with App channels to generate new and retargeting existing customers (i.e. Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta & TikTok)

  • You have experience in ASO

  • You have a profound understanding of app tracking technologies and have worked with a Mobile Measurement Partner

  • You have strong analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage data and to shape strategies and maximize ROI within a data-driven approach.

  • You know how to drive your marketing initiatives and projects forward, manage stakeholder expectations in a cross-functional and agile working environment

  • New challenges and a dynamic working environment motivate you and you regularly question the status quo yourself

  • You have a good understanding of complex topics and present them in a way that is easy to understand.

  • Business fluent in German and English
