We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who can drive growth through data-driven paid marketing strategies. This role requires strong expertise in campaign execution, optimization, and ROI-focused decision-making across digital platforms.
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CPL, CPA, and conversion rates
- Manage and scale lead generation & acquisition campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting
- Collaborate with design & content teams for high-performing creatives
- Track budgets, forecasts, and marketing spend efficiency
- 4–7 years of experience in performance/digital marketing
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills
- Experience managing high-budget campaigns
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads / Programmatic Ads
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools
- Exposure to eCommerce or SaaS marketing
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization (CRO)
- Cost per Lead (CPL)
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Conversion Rate
