Given Mindbloom’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further, note that Mindbloom has minimal hierarchy and titles, but the scope of the role and compensation will reflect your level, which is assessed throughout the interview process. The estimated annual salary range for this role is $150,000 - $220,000 USD. The actual base salary may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, and market data changes. Total compensation for this role may vary depending on equity.

As Performance Marketing Lead, you’ll literally transform and save lives by inspiring millions of Americans with a path forward. Every campaign you launch could be the moment someone chooses hope over suffering and life over death. Your strategies will determine how many people finally get the help they've been searching for and how many lives we save.
• Scale Paid Media: Accelerate access to transformative care by doubling net-new clients in 6 months and 5x’ing in 18. All while driving sustainable growth that brings life-changing treatment to more people, faster.
• Creative Engineer: Build a high-velocity creative engine from the ground up, uncovering the messages, formats, and visuals that inspire healing and compel people to take the hardest, bravest step of their lives
• Performance Funnel: Build the engine that turns interest into action. Deploy consistent messaging across ads and landing pages, then champion what works into the buyer's journey across the website, lifecycle, and sales. Every optimization removes friction between someone's suffering and their healing.
• Architect an AI-First Team: Design the right mix of tools, contractors, agencies, and FTEs to make psychedelic medicine mainstream. You decide what this team looks like to move fast and raise the bar.
• Leadership: Report to the Head of Growth & Ops while partnering directly with the Founder & CEO on acquisition strategy. Rise to Head of Performance Marketing as you scale the function. Fast decisions, real ownership, no red tape.
• Craft Mastery: You’re a marketer’s marketer, deeply curious, craft-focused, and plugged into the world of performance marketing. You study great brands, tear down winning ads, and learn obsessively from the best marketers in your network. You can rattle off the books, brands, creators, and campaigns that have shaped your taste, and you’re always hunting for the next edge.
• AI First: Harnesses AI to 10× output, creativity, and insights across the performance funnel. Uses AI tools to ideate and produce creative and copy, acting as a force multiplier to compress days of work into hours. Constantly experiments with emerging AI solutions to unlock new creative winners, sharper insights, and faster iteration.
• Consumer Psychologist: You’re a full-stack marketer who grounds every decision in human behavior. You uncover what motivates or blocks conversion, then build creative, messaging, and funnels that speak to belief, urgency, and objection. You don’t just test what works, you understand why it works.
