Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing team to support digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and others. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

• Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels.
• Support keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page reviews to enhance campaign performance.
• Analyze and report on campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Work with internal teams to align campaign messaging and goals with broader marketing initiatives.
• Conduct competitive research and stay updated on trends in digital advertising and SaaS marketing.
• Help build and manage A/B testing plans for creative and landing page optimization.
• Maintain campaign documentation and contribute to weekly and monthly reporting.

What You’ll Learn

• How to run performance campaigns that drive real business impact.
• B2B SaaS funnel dynamics: understanding how we track and influence MQLs, pipeline contribution, and campaign performance across regions.
• Hands-on experience with real tools, including HubSpot, Metabase, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, Reddit Ads.
• Operational discipline: from campaign pacing and A/B testing to budget tracking, creative iteration, and performance reporting in a fast-paced environment.

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• A genuine passion for learning and a strong interest in marketing, particularly digital channels.
• Open to feedback with a growth mindset—quick to iterate, improve, and take initiative.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets; able to organize, interpret, and work with simple datasets.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), essential for daily collaboration.
• Any prior exposure to digital marketing tools, advertising platforms, or related coursework/internships is a valuable plus.
