Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in executing, monitoring, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Management:
Assist in creating, launching, and uploading paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram.
Basic knowledge of ad platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI for campaigns.
Prepare performance reports and insights using tools like Meta Ads Manager and Excel.
Optimization:
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and placements.
Optimize campaigns to maximize conversions and minimize costs.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Understanding of any of the south Indian languages - Telugu is preferred
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience/ coursework in digital marketing
Knowledge of keyword research tools like Google Keyword Planner or SEMrush.
Familiarity with social media advertising tools like Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
