A lean performance marketing team is looking for an Performance Marketing Expansion & Localization Manager, a talent who will act as the bridge between our global performance strategy and local market success. You will own the performance of our expansion markets and ensure that our brand message resonates well with local communities.
You will also be responsible for overseeing the performance of our external agencies for Meta Ads and Google Ads, ensuring alignment with business objectives and e-commerce goals.
👉 What you'll doMarket Entry Coordination: Partner with Business Development to launch and scale performance marketing in new territories
Creative Adaptation & Funnel Localization: Adapt main creative concepts for high-performing localized assets (scripts, copy, visuals). Ensure the hook, the humour, and the value prop hit the same in Berlin as they do in São Paulo
Quality Assurance: Help make the entire user journey from ad click to checkout culturally and linguistically optimized (e.g., local currencies, relevant testimonials)
Agency Supervision: Vet and manage local agencies, ensuring they reach CPA and ROAS targets (up to 5 agencies in total)
Performance Auditing: Regularly audit local ad campaigns and agencies to ensure that bidding strategies, campaign structures, and tracking are optimized to our global strategy
3+ years in Performance Marketing (agency or In-house, e-com is preferred)
Proven experience scaling campaigns across multiple regions (EMEA, LATAM, APAC or CIS)
Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads, familiarity with TikTok and X ad platforms is valued
Native-level fluency in at least one language other than English
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear insights. You are able to pivot based on ROAS, CPA, CPM or CPC trends in real time
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
