Position Summary
Asset Consulting Group (ACG) is seeking a Performance Generalist. Reporting to the Manager of Performance Reporting, this person will maintain and develop performance reporting process, as well as provide support to internal consultants and other business partners.
In addition to strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to act upon deadlines that may change often. They will also be detail oriented, reliable, and be able to work effectively with multiple clients including consultants, customers, custodians, management, and other departments.
This position is located in the St. Louis office.
Essential Job Functions
- Manage and coordinate data collection from investment managers and custodians with an emphasis on reconciling, transforming, and validating data for use across departments
- Maintain client accounts on reporting system
- Produce client reporting packages for assigned clients
- Reconcile return information collected from multiple sources
- Prepare reports analyzing data extracted from performance system including client, manager, and returns information
- Handle multiple assignments concurrently
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience using Advent APX product is a plus
- Experience with accounting systems: balancing accounts, capital changes, income tracking, contribution/withdrawal tracking
- Strong working knowledge of investment products
- Must be team-oriented and reliable, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with multiple clients including consultants, custodians, management, co-workers, and other departments
- Ability to meet deadlines that may change often
- Strong organizational skills
Basic Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in financial services industry required
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills required (functions, formulas & pivot tables)
