Project Role Description : Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Summary: As a Performance Engineer, you will engage in diagnosing complex issues that the in-house performance testing team has been unable to resolve. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to analyze performance metrics, validate application performance, and contribute to capacity planning efforts. You will also be responsible for identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance overall system performance, ensuring that applications meet the required standards of efficiency and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and report on performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose performance issues effectively. - Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies. - Knowledge of application performance management techniques. - Familiarity with capacity planning and resource allocation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
