If you want to:
Own the creative strategy for paid channels, aligning messaging and formats with business and performance goals;
Turn performance data into clear, creative insights, concepts, and testable hypotheses;
Lead creative ideation for new campaigns, angles, and formats like static, video, UGC, and native-style ads;
Define and prioritize a structured creative testing roadmap across different platforms and funnel stages;
Brief, review, and guide designers, video editors, copywriters, and occasionally freelancers to ensure high-quality, on-strategy output;
Analyze creative performance to identify scalable patterns in hooks, narratives, visuals, and calls-to-action;
Continuously iterate on winning creatives to extend their lifecycle and improve efficiency;
Research competitors, market trends, and platform updates to proactively evolve our creative strategy;
Document learnings and build internal creative playbooks and best practices;
Collaborate closely with other teams, contributing to channel strategy and budget efficiency.

Proven experience driving performance through ad creatives;
A strong understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS;
The ability to think strategically while staying hands-on with concepts, scripts, and creative reviews;
