Sourcescrub continues to grow and we're now expanding the team behind that growth. We are looking for a dynamic PeopleOps Coordinator to join the team. Our PeopleOps Coordinator will sit at the intersection of office operations, recruiting and HR and have the opportunity to learn the ropes of all. This highly visible role has room for growth reporting directly to our VP People + Talent.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting Sourcescrub's People + Talent initiatives
- Owning our candidate experience, ensuring everyone who interviews with us enjoys their experience, regardless of outcome
- Learning the ropes of HR. You'll be part of a small, collaborative team with lots of opportunity for added responsibility and growth
- Working cross-departmentally - our People + Talent team is one that touches all areas of the organization
- Being the face of SourceScrub to our candidates and the go-to person with our new hires
- Ensuring our San Francisco HQ has what the team needs to be happy and successful including planning fun team events
To be successful, you should have
- A bachelor's degree with a record of strong academic achievement
- A strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Strong communication skills
- A customer-first mindset
- Some exposure to HR and/or Recruiting a plus!

Salary: $65,000
