We're looking for a People Technology Analyst to support and enhance our HR systems, with a primary focus on Workday. In this role, you'll help drive process improvements, maintain data quality, support system enhancements, and provide meaningful workforce insights that help our business make informed decisions.

Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $50,000-$95,000, with a typical starting range of $60,000-$85,000. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
What You'll Do
HR Technology & Workday Administration
- Configure, maintain, and support Workday functionality and feature enhancements.
- Manage system requests and improvements using agile project methodologies.
- Support ongoing system maintenance and ensure service requests are resolved within established SLAs.
- Stay current on Workday releases and assist with testing, deployment, and release management activities.
Process Improvement & System Optimization
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
- Perform gap analyses and recommend scalable system solutions when business needs evolve.
- Develop and maintain documentation, configuration records, process maps, and user guides.
Data Integrity & Reporting
- Monitor and maintain HR data quality, accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
- Support compliance with data privacy regulations and company governance standards.
- Build reports, dashboards, and analytical models that provide actionable workforce insights and support data-driven decision-making.
User Support & Stakeholder Partnership
- Troubleshoot technical issues and partner with stakeholders to resolve system challenges.
- Deliver training sessions, demonstrations, and guidance to business partners and team members.
- Provide exceptional customer service while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Support additional HR technology initiatives and projects as needed.
What You'll Bring
- 1–3 years of Workday configuration experience required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
