The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will lead the design, development, and implementation of generative AI solutions. As a Senior Manager you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge to drive project success and promote operational excellence while interacting with clients at a significant level.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 years of experience in progressive roles focused on managing information technology applications and its overall impact on business strategies and productivity
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications, Computer Programming preferred
- Staying current with advancements in generative AI technologies
- Understanding of cloud platforms and services
- Working knowledge of popular generative AI frameworks
- Working understanding of modern software architectures such as Microservices, Serverless (FaaS), and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)
- Understanding and/or experience of DevOps concepts, (e.g. Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), Configuration Management, Containerization, Orchestration, Monitoring and Logging)
- Including prompt-engineering, AI models, and generative AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain, and LlamaIndex)
- Working knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) using vector databases
- Understanding of database technologies including MongoDB and Azure SQL databases

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
