About the role
You’ll join the small, high-impact Tapestry People & Talent team as our first dedicated operations analyst, responsible for building and scaling the operations behind how we hire, onboard, and support the entire employee lifecycle. .
This is a builder role. You won’t just run processes , you’ll design and improve them from the ground up.
You’ll partner closely across Talent Acquisition, HR, People Programs, and leadership to create scalable systems and workflows that enable Tapestry to grow efficiently while maintaining a high bar for candidate and employee experience. You’ll own and execute critical day-to-day HR operational processes (e.g., managing onboarding workflows and employee exits), and also maintain underlying Plx data pipelines and Apps Script dashboards that power our organization.

You’re a systems-level thinker & AI adopter - holding a strong ability to conceptualize and automate workflows, as you become our go-to operations foundation across our Talent Acquisition & HR teams.
What you should have:
- 3+ years of experience working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar)
- Data analysis experience, including high proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau).
- Experience with a scripting language (e.g., Python, Google Apps Script, JavaScript) and a strong desire to grow your technical ability.
- Strong understanding of how systems connect and experience leveraging AI tools as a co-pilot to generate scripts (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python), query data, and troubleshoot process improvement
- Proven ability to perform repeatable operational tasks with exceptional speed and accuracy.
- Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous execution in managing time-sensitive operational tasks (e.g., transfers, compliance).
- A strong learning mindset and a proactive, curious approach to solving problems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,000 - $157,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
