- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on HR business partnership, employee relations, and talent management.
- Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws, compensation, payroll and benefits administration.
- Demonstrated success in advising leaders and influencing through trust, credibility, and business insight.
- Proven ability to manage both strategic initiatives and tactical execution in a fast-paced, global organization.
- Data-driven decision-maker with the ability to translate insights into meaningful action.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills with a deep sense of empathy and discretion.
- Strong experience with HRIS platforms and a mindset for process improvement and efficiency.
