ROLE PURPOSE 

  • To boost employee experiences and create a working environment where people feel valued and motivated.
  • Contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to create a friendly, innovative and collaborative culture.
  • Oversee and deliver all key aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive and engaging experience, while providing support to people operations and driving career development opportunities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

  • Advise, coach and support management with all employee relation matters
  • Supporting teams through organizational changes and ensuring effective communication during transitions.
  • Emphasize collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay abreast of employment law and improve, implement and manage people policies and procedures accordingly
  • Create and deliver programmes to improve employee experience
  • Develop and deliver employee engagement initiatives to boost performance and morale
  • Work with global leadership teams to create and implement training programmes on (but not limited to) wellbeing, onboarding, power skills and more.
  • Analyze employee engagement results and suggest and deliver initiatives to improve
  • Assist in creating career plans and succession plans across the business to build top talent
  • Promote the mental and physical wellbeing of our employees
  • Manage the performance and salary review process for all employees
  • Supporting with the Amdaris LMS and creating new content and promoting the use of it with employees
  • Help employees to plan and develop their careers
  • Work closely with managers and employees to improve relationships and increase productivity and retention
  • Enable the smooth running of Centers by working in collaboration with the Center Directors Present solutions to people issues that enable stakeholders to better meet their commercial growth objectives
  • Maintain accurate people data to help drive evidence-based decision making relating to people, ensure compliance and assist in workforce planning
  • Facilitate full utilisation of our HR system (HiBob) across the organisation
  • Support managers with talent and succession planning, compensation management and employee and leadership development
  • Prepare and update all employment relations records
  • Analyze and interpret data from salary market research to provide insights and recommendations for competitive compensation strategie
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing all the necessary pre-requisites (starter pack communication, documentation, device, account setup with IT service and welcome kit set up)
  • Support with all HR documents such as employment contracts, new hire documents, job descriptions and changes to T&Cs.
  • Coordinates contract signing with company and the new joiner;
  • Communicates and explains the organization's HR policies to the employees as per the Employee Handbook

PEOPLE PARTNER REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years’ experience in the HR field
  • Ability to understand human behavior, to lead and motivate people, to make decisions 
  • Great communication skills and English language
  • Knowledge of the local labor market
  • Reputation for integrity, dedicated work ethic, and desire for ownership & accountability
  • Expertise in people policies & procedures
  • A passion for learning and development
  • Project management skills and confident with leading global scale projects

It would be an advantage to have one of these:

  • Demonstrated experience with data and analytics and working with technical teams
  • Fully developed proactive nature with coaching and problem-solving skills
  • Ability of developing and rolling out scalable people solutions that address the needs of the business.
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
  • Track record of working in fast paced, changing environments
