- Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, background checks, and offer letter preparation and delivery to ensure hiring goals are met
- Assist in creating and updating job descriptions; gather approvals for requisitions and develop engaging job posting content
- Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, social media, networking, and other channels
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of sales/Account Executive candidates
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including candidate communication and dispositioning, process updates
- Coordinate and ensure background checks are completed successfully
- Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive new hire experience: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including initiating new hire paperwork, ensuring completeness, coordinating IT setup, conducting orientation
- Ensure candidates and team members have excellent experience throughout recruitment, onboarding and employment life cycle
- People Operations Support
- Provide administrative support for People Operations programs
- Help design and champion culture, wellness, total rewards, and recognition initiatives
- Assist with HRIS management and other HR-related responsibilities to support the department and employees
- Support additional responsibilities as business needs evolve
