The People Operations team is focused on providing seamless and client-focused transactional support to our employees and internal stakeholders in offices around the world. As a People Operations Specialist, you are a consummate professional committed to confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive employee information. You are detail-oriented and focused on data integrity and process, you are willing to put your head down to get things done, work well as a team, and care about the employee experience. You will be part of a global team supporting employees across EMEA, APAC and the Americas.

What You’ll Do:

Respond to first level questions from employees on all HR topics

Generation of offer letters and other HR documentation
-
Responsible for new hire onboarding including Workday audits, managing background checks as well as working with IT on laptop delivery.

Support with job changes, including promotions, salary changes and international transfers
-
Manage the off-boarding process
-
Create, maintain and audit employee files ensuring data integrity

Support with leave administration
-
Leverage technology for HR process efficiencies where possible
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
-
1+ years experience in an HR administration, operations, administration, or generalist role, strong preference for the technology industry
-
Experience with Workday HR information system and JIRA desirable
-
Strong excel skills are a plus
