Title: People Operations Specialist
Location: San Jose (Onsite)

The People Operations team is focused on providing seamless and client-focused transactional support to our employees and internal stakeholders in offices around the world. As a People Operations Specialist, you are a consummate professional committed to confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive employee information. You are detail-oriented and focused on data integrity and process, you are willing to put your head down to get things done, work well as a team, and care about the employee experience. You will be part of a global team supporting employees across EMEA, APAC and the Americas. 

Who You Are:

  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, ability to prioritize effectively and complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency

  • A client service mindset with the desire to go above and beyond

  • An ability to identify and recommend opportunities for continuous process improvement

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to first level questions from employees on all HR topics

  • Generation of offer letters and other HR documentation

  • Responsible for new hire onboarding including Workday audits, managing background checks as well as working with IT on laptop delivery.

  • Support with job changes, including promotions, salary changes and international transfers

  • Manage the off-boarding process

  • Create, maintain and audit employee files ensuring data integrity

  • Support with leave administration 

  • Leverage technology for HR process efficiencies where possible


 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • 1+ years experience in an HR administration, operations, administration, or generalist role, strong preference for the technology industry

  • Experience with Workday HR information system and JIRA desirable

  • Strong excel skills are a plus
