Responsible for managing the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining productivity and discipline, and addressing employee concerns effectively.

Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the team and daily operations.
- Monitor performance, productivity, attendance, and task completion.
- Allocate tasks and ensure timely follow-up and execution.
- Handle employee concerns and team coordination.
- Resolve operational issues and maintain smooth workflow.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and productive work environment.
- Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
