You will:
- Assist in the creation of engaging and accessible learning content (e.g., training decks, guides, micro-learning assets).
- Support LMS content uploads, updates, and analytics tracking.
- Collaborate on research and development of internal learning experiences, including onboarding and capability-building sessions.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and documentation of employee engagement programs and internal events (e.g., wellness activities, team-building events, culture-building initiatives).
- Help manage communication materials and participant feedback to ensure continuous improvement of engagement efforts.
- Provide logistical and administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of engagement initiatives
- Support the migration of data from Lever to new systems and ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Help maintain a clean and accurate talent acquisition database and assist with reporting as needed.
- Assist in updating and organizing employee records and HR documentation.
- Contribute to internal audits and compliance checks related to personnel records.
You may be a fit if:
- You are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You are detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- You demonstrate strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- You are proficient with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Notion, Excel); familiarity with LMS or ATS tools is a plus.
- You are creative, resourceful, and excited to learn about the full scope of People Operations.
