People Operations Intern
This 3-month internship will begin on June 2, 2025, in our Waltham, MA headquarters.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Intern to join our People & Culture team, where you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact. This internship offers valuable real-world experience in the dynamic world of HR within a cutting-edge technology company, contributing to day-to-day functions that keep an HR department running efficiently. You’ll assist with HR data management, process documentation, and support various operational initiatives that elevate the employee experience. This internship is specifically designed to expose you to multiple aspects of Human Resources, allowing you to develop a broad understanding of the field.

Day to day activities:

Support the preparation and execution of new hire onboarding

Assist with documentation and process audits for compliance and accuracy

Participates in organizing People Ops resources and maintaining up-to-date content on the intranet (Dynamic Hub)

Assist in coordinating offboarding processes

Support employee recognition programs and initiatives

Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date employee records and digital files

Participate in process improvement projects within the HR function

Support ad-hoc programs and initiatives across the People Operations function.
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

Strong attention to detail

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Strong organizational skills

Eagerness to learn and contribute to team initiatives

Familiarity with the Google Platform - docs, sheets, slides, gmail, etc.
